By downloading or using Podium, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the app

You may use Podium for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Redistribute, sublicence, or resell the app

Intellectual property

All content, design, and code in Podium are owned by Vivacity.ai Pty Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app.

Data and privacy

Your use of Podium is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the data practices described therein.

Disclaimers

Podium is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivacity.ai Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Podium.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
